Please perform the following checks if you do not receive the verification email from Freshdesk even after clicking on the Verify button for your support email.
Check if the verification email is marked as Spam or blocked by your email provider.
If not, try resending the verification email. -
Login to your Freshdesk account as an administrator.
Navigate to Admin. Select Channels and click on Email.
Click on the 'Verify' button next to the support email.
Sometimes, there may be a delay in the delivery of verification emails. We recommend waiting a few moments before you try again.
