You can notify agents as well as non-agents, such as requesters of a ticket or members in cc, whenever an email is converted to a ticket in your Freshdesk Account. 

 

Please follow the steps below to enable new ticket creation notifications for requesters.

  1. Login to your Freshdesk account as an administrator.

  2. Navigate to Admin from the menu and select Workflows. Click on Email Notifications.

  3. Under the Requester Notifications tab, turn on the "New Ticket Created" notification by toggling the green button.
