There are multiple ways you can export the tickets with its content.

  1. You can print the ticket and save it as a PDF on your system. (OR)
  2. The Account Admin can export all the data within your account (including tickets, solution articles, etc.) from the Admin section:
  • Navigate to Admin > Account > Account Details.
  • Click Export
  • The data will be exported to the account administrator's email in XML format. You can then convert the XML data into your preferred format.
