Please navigate to the "Tickets" tab and open the ticket you would like to work on. Kindly click on the "Reply" button within the "Ticket Details" page, which will allow you to type your response. Among the various formatting options, you will find a "book" symbol that leads to the solution articles. You can either search for the relevant article or choose from the ones listed here.
Ensure the article is visible in the customer portal when sharing an article link. Articles can also be inserted as a link or the complete content by clicking the "Insert Content" or "Insert link" within the article suggestion.
