Zapier lets you automate tasks between online applications. These automated tasks are called Zaps. A Zap consists of a trigger and a corresponding action. You can create Zaps that uses an update/activity in one app as a trigger to perform an action in another app. For example, you can setup a public Google Form and then use the Google Sheets-Freshdesk integration to create tickets in Freshdesk from your new form entries automatically - that would be a Zap.

This way, you don't have to spend too much time or resources integrating Freshdesk with other apps.

To create Zaps linking Freshdesk to other apps, login to your Zapier account or create a new one (it has a 14 days free trial).
