Account cancellations can be requested by the Account Administrators of your Freshdesk account.
Once we receive your cancellation request, Freshdesk permanently deletes your account and account data 14 days after your subscription end date.
We recommend exporting your account data before canceling your Freshdesk account as the export can take up to 10 business days.
As an account administrator:
Navigate to Admin > Account > Account Details.
Under the Account Status section, click on the Cancel account button.
Select a reason for canceling your Freshdesk account and click Request cancellation.
We will reach out to you to support you with your cancellation request.
To reactivate your Freshdesk account, contact support@freshdesk.com within 14 days of account cancellation.
