Text widgets and widget styling give you more control over the appearance of custom reports. You can set background color, transparency, border width and much more.
Let’s say you want to present the tickets grouped by source in each quarter. You pick the ‘Total tickets grouped by Source’ from Templates section and set the date range for each widget.
Instead of having the same heading inside each widget, you can use a text widget to give a common heading.
You can also modify the widget’s border, opacity and background color. This can be done in chart widgets as well. You can choose to modify or hide the widget title.
