Interactive Filters as Widgets
Filters help you narrow down and focus on the data that you're working with. To make it easier for you to manipulate your reports to narrow down what data you want, you can add an interactive filter as a widget.
These interactive filters help in agile drilling and filtering of data. This also helps to reduce the number of clicks and the amount of time taken to search and change filters.
These filters are easily configurable and the widgets can be moved around as required.
For example: At the end of a day, if you want to see how many high priority tickets are unresolved, you can click on the filter widget->choose your priority, select the status as unresolved in the status widget and the filter will be applied for the entire report you are viewing.
These interactive filters can be applied and viewed on a page level as well as report level.
